Every painting at LuminaCanvas is made by our team of professional artists. Using premium oil or acrylic paints on canvas, our artists carefully recreate each piece with matching composition, color tone, and overall style.

Because each piece is entirely hand-painted, slight variations in brushwork and detail are natural and expected. Each painting carries its own unique character—real texture, real brushstrokes, and a truly authentic feel that prints simply cannot replicate. This is what makes every artwork a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

Preview & Approval

Before shipping, we send you a digital preview of your completed painting for approval. You can request free revisions until you are fully satisfied.

Your painting will not leave our studio until you say it's perfect. If we don't hear back within 48 hours, the painting will be considered approved and shipped.

Size & Customization

We offer a range of standard sizes to suit different spaces. If you need a different aspect ratio or a custom size, we are happy to accommodate.

We also accept custom orders:

• Custom sizes tailored to your space
• Color tone adjustments to match your decor
• Minor element modifications upon request

Please note: we only reproduce artworks that are in the public domain or for which reproduction rights are available. Works by living artists or those still under copyright are not eligible for reproduction.

Framing Options

• Rolled Canvas — Shipped in a protective tube, with an extra 2–3 inches (5–8 cm) on each side for stretching. You will need to have it stretched and framed locally. We recommend taking it to a professional frame shop for the best result.
• Stretched Canvas — Mounted on sturdy stretcher bars, ready to hang right out of the box. The edges are wrapped in white canvas.
• Framed Canvas — Stretched on bars and finished with a decorative frame. Available colors: Black, White, Gold, Silver.

If you need other frame styles or colors, feel free to contact us—we're happy to help.

Packaging & Protection

For shipping, most paintings are carefully rolled and packed in durable tubes. This method avoids damage during transit and allows the canvas to return to a perfectly flat state once stretched.

Framed options are also securely packaged with reinforced protection.

Shipping & Delivery

• Painting time: 1–2 weeks
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days
• Total delivery time: approximately 2–3 weeks

We offer free worldwide shipping via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and TNT. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

For U.S. deliveries, shipping and duties are fully included—no extra fees at your door. For deliveries outside the U.S., any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as determined by your local customs authority.

Returns & Refund

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund for any reason, whether ordered as rolled, stretched, or framed canvas.

Custom oil paintings may be canceled for a full refund before production begins. If production has begun but the custom oil painting has not shipped, cancellation may be approved with a $100 material and production fee deducted from the refund.

• Standard products: Eligible for 30-day returns regardless of canvas format.
• Custom oil paintings: Not eligible for return or refund for non-quality-related reasons after shipment or delivery.
• Quality issues: Damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not-as-approved items may qualify for a replacement or full refund.

Care & Maintenance

• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading over time.
• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents on the painting surface.
• Avoid hanging in humid environments such as bathrooms with poor ventilation.
