1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Products & Orders
Product Descriptions
All paintings sold on LuminaCanvas are handcrafted, made-to-order oil paintings by professional artists. While we strive for accuracy, product images on the Site are for reference only. Subtle variations in color, texture, and brush strokes are inherent to hand-painted artwork and are not considered defects.
Product Options
We offer the following product formats:
- Rolled Canvas — unframed canvas shipped in a protective tube.
- Stretched Canvas — canvas mounted on stretcher bars, ready to hang.
- Framed Canvas — stretched canvas with a decorative frame (available in black, gold, silver, and white).
Preview & Approval Process
Before shipping, we provide a digital preview of your completed painting for your review and approval. You may request free revisions at this stage. Your painting will not ship until you provide explicit approval. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of sending the preview, the painting will be deemed approved and will proceed to shipping. Once approved, the order is considered finalized.
Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Taxes & Duties
Prices listed on the Site do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees. For U.S. deliveries, shipping and tariffs are included in the listed price. For all other regions, you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your local government upon receipt of the product.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. For U.S. deliveries, both shipping and tariffs are included.
Processing & Delivery Time
Because all paintings are made to order, please allow production time before shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of purchase and may vary depending on your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Our cancellation, refund, and return policies are detailed in our Refund & Return Policy. Key points include:
- Orders may be canceled at any time before you approve the preview for a full refund.
- A digital preview is provided before shipping; revisions are free.
- Rolled canvas may be returned within 30 days of delivery if damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved preview.
- Framed and stretched canvas orders are not eligible for return.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for custom, made-to-order products.

6. Intellectual Property
Site Content
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of LuminaCanvas or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Your Purchased Artwork
When you purchase a painting, you own the physical artwork. However, LuminaCanvas retains the right to use images of the artwork for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise.
User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such content for business purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
Custom Orders & Copyright
When submitting reference images or requests for custom paintings, you are responsible for ensuring that the content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. We welcome custom requests such as personal portraits, pet paintings, and original landscape scenes. However, we do not accept requests to reproduce copyrighted characters, branded logos, or other protected intellectual property. We reserve the right to decline any custom order that may involve copyright infringement. Any legal liability arising from copyright issues related to customer-submitted content shall be the responsibility of the customer.
7. User Accounts
If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMINACANVAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS.
