White paint carries structural weight in "The White Stack". A pair of pale rectangular passages rises through the lower right, countering the broad black band that enters from the left. Their stepped arrangement gives the composition a clear vertical rhythm.

Black and ivory meet in abrupt, broken edges. A gray-beige plane along the right side moderates the contrast, while thin horizontal lines pass across the central junction and connect areas with different densities of paint.

The work is hand-painted oil on canvas. Thick white ridges sit beside flatter dark passages, so the geometry reads through changes in surface as well as color; small drags and uneven borders keep the rectangles from feeling rigid.

In a dining room or a workspace with simple furniture, the stacked white forms remain legible from across the room. Soft side light can bring out their relief while warm wood relates to the neutral ground.

The Series

Counterweight

Counterweight considers how a few forceful gestures can hold a composition in balance. Broad black bands cross, lean, and turn against pale fields, gathering into dense junctions before opening into quieter areas. Their shifting angles create a sense of weight in motion, while narrow gaps and fine linear marks keep the forms from settling into a fixed structure.\n\nWarm ivory, chalk white, and soft taupe temper the depth of black and charcoal. The light areas carry as much presence as the dark, interrupting sweeping marks and giving each composition its particular rhythm. This restrained palette brings the relationship between gesture and space into clear focus.\n\nRaised paint ridges, broad scraped passages, and broken edges give these oil paintings a tactile directness. Smooth stretches meet thicker accumulations of pigment, allowing small changes in surface to register within the strong contrasts. Each work rearranges the balance of mass, openness, and movement, offering a distinct composition within a shared visual language. The series brings a grounded, graphic presence to contemporary interiors.

The Hand-Painted Difference

A print decorates. A painting transforms.

A print fills a space. A hand-painted oil painting brings it to life with real brushstrokes, rich texture, and a presence you can see and feel.

Choose artwork crafted by human hands — made to be treasured for years, not replaced with the next trend.

A home that feels like you More than decoration
Choose artwork that reflects your style and gives your space warmth, personality, and lasting character.
A gift that lasts Remembered long after it's opened
Flowers wilt. Gift cards expire, a hand-painted oil painting becomes part of someone's home for years to come.
One painting. One original. No two are exactly alike
Painted stroke by stroke by a skilled artist, every piece carries its own brushwork, layers, and human touch - something no print can copy.
Real oil paint Texture you can actually see
Layered brushstrokes create depth and dimension you can see up close - a richness printed artwork simply can't reproduce.
