Product Series
Turning Planes brings broad curves into the measured divisions of a grid. Arcs, rounded corners, and upright blocks meet in arrangements that suggest architectural fragments without resolving into a literal building. Pale bands turn around darker forms, carrying the eye between vertical passages and sweeping bends.\n\nIvory and warm sand establish a light, open framework, while taupe and brown soften the transitions. Rust and burnt orange add warmth; charcoal and near-black lend weight to selected compartments. The balance shifts from painting to painting, allowing each composition its own center of gravity within a shared palette.\n\nThe oil surfaces alternate between dense, raised ivory passages and thinner fields where the canvas weave remains visible. Broad curved strokes follow the contours, while overlapping marks and uneven ridges interrupt the geometry with a tactile rhythm. These contrasts give the series a grounded, sculptural presence. Seen together, the works form a set of related variations on structure and movement, suited to contemporary spaces with natural wood, linen, and warm neutral finishes.
